AIGA SDSU

Serving as AIGA SDSU’s Treasurer for the semesters of Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, I’ve had the pleasure to interact and collaborate with amazing students at SDSU. Each semester, AIGA SDSU coordinates a Screen Printing Fundraiser Event with a Tote Bag and T-Shirt Design Competition. For the semester of Spring 2023, I helped coordinated and lead this event by purchasing tote bags and t-shirts with our Advisor Scott Wyss, managing the organization’s funds, designing the event posters, as well as help students during the event learn and experience how to screen print their own bags.

This semester, my design was chosen alongside three other student submissions. The design was inspired by the Cherry Blossom blooms at the JFG Balboa Park. During the event, students had the option to print my design on their tote bags, and I helped aid during the process.
